After obtaining legal advise from dr j t delport of delport and van niekerk attorneys in port elizabeth, we the home owners living on the canals and rate payers to kouga municipality, respectfully request the municippality
1.not to approve the resolution of the hoa’s agm that all riparian homeowners must pay r10,000 towards the cost to built a road on top of the spit and for rock revetments at the foot of the spit.
